We will review your homeowners insurance policy and deal directly with their adjustor to file a claim on your behalf. We'll represent you directly with your insurance company to make sure you get every benefit you deserve.
Meanwhile, we'll perform all necessary repairs. If necessary, we'll provide moving and storage services to temporarily remove your personal items from the affected area.

A: The answer is no. The Home Warranty Program does not cover pre-existing issues. A Choates representative will perform an inspection of your home as a condition of program acceptance.
